Stop consuming so many different products at any one time, your body cant work it out fast enough, stick to a few foods to consume, keep it regular, work out your body function to certain foods, by only consuming siad food. experiment, with your diets.

Remember the companys tell you consume vits with food, why?
Is that not overdose of vits, if say the meat has zinc, your only meant to consume 15mg of zinc each day, but the vit has 15mgs also, hmmm.
When i stop vits, i get flu like symptoms, it lasts about a day or two.
Its become obvious to me, the vits are responsible for lowering my immune system, due to my becoming dependant on them for certain cell protections, i.e the protection from free rads….
